  These guys are fantastic cooks. Magicians. I've been trying to make my own jerk chicken for a couple months but I gave up because it just didn't compare to JCC. Please keep doing you guys and spreading delicious food.

  I've tried alot of West Indian restaurants, which range from Brooklyn to Binghamton. I ordered the jerk chicken dinner and also curry chicken. Awesome! The jerk is my favorite and was right on point! Thank you for opening up! I do not live in the area but will be coming back!

  Nothing was average in our jerk pork dinner. The seasoning was great, but the pork was mostly inedible as it was almost all fat. This also indicates that the pork was not cooked low and slow to allow the fat to render. Our side of festival was exceptional, and rivaled both resorts and roadside restaurants in Jamaica. They really understand the Jamaican flavor profile, but high-fat cuts of pork need time to cook and mine never got there.
