  Not great..not horrible.
  Pulled pork is not supposed to be crock pot separated pork with tons of sweet bbq sauce on it. Zero smoke flavor at all. Lots of sauce is used to cover for total lack of flavor and seasoning of the pork.
  Short ribs are also just baked. What is that? Ribs should always be smoked. Who sells baked ribs? Again..overpoweringly sweet sauce to cover for lack of flavor.
  The chicken is ok. It's just grilled chicken...out of the 3 at the table that ordered, 2 said theirs was dry.
  Bathrooms marginally clean. Bits of torn paper all over, used paper towels in each sink. Our seat cushions were ripped. That's just housekeeping.

  What else can be said about Brooks that hasn't already been said? Amazing food, good service. Sure, there's sometimes a long line and wait, but that's how high on demand this place is. And it's worth the wait. And if you've ever had their BBQ chicken at an event, then you know it's really good, but the BBQ chicken you get right at the restaurant (along with the ribs and everything else they make) is even better yet. And priced right.

  Fantastic New England Clam Chowder at a good price. To go service was really quick even when the dining room was full and the wait was out the door. My girlfriend's pulled pork sandwich was great and my burger was pretty decent, nothing to write home about. Just for the soup being so good this place deserves five stars.
  
  Edit: Went back a second time and food was still good. I got the soup again, and a Chicken Caesar wrap and both were quite good. Served lightning fast too. Still recommended!
